Context Architecture — designing the data infrastructure and context layer that makes AI systems reliably effective. This is the strategic layer most organisations are missing when their AI pilots fail.
CDP rescue and redesign — if your Customer Data Platform isn’t doing what it was supposed to, I’ve been here before. At WTA I inherited a failing CDP and turned it into the central intelligence layer for a billion-fan global sports property. At wagamama I built from zero (Bloomreach case study, Vecton write-up). I know what the failure modes look like.
AEO and AI visibility — helping your organisation get cited by AI systems, not just ranked by search engines. Schema architecture, content structure, data readiness. The Answer Engine Optimisation Data Readiness Model (ADRM) is a framework I developed for this.
Data strategy and board-level translation — turning platform capability into investment cases. I’ve secured six-figure infrastructure investments by making technical requirements legible to commercial stakeholders. If that gap is costing you, I can help close it.
